Delete your Forple account

How to delete your account in the Forple app, what is deleted, what is kept without your name, and for how long.

App: Forple / Developer: FORPLE, K.K. (Forple Inc.)

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Forple app and tap the person icon (Me) at the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom.
  4. Tap "Delete", then "Yes, delete my account", and confirm once more.

If you have a paid plan, cancel it in Google Play (or the App Store) first. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, and fees for the unused period are not refunded.

If you no longer have the app

Use the contact form, or email support@for-ple.com from the email address you use for Forple, and tell us that you want to delete your account. After we confirm that the request comes from you, we delete your account in the same way as in the app.

To ask us to delete only some of your data and keep your account, contact us in the same way.
